We’re a Brisbane-based collective of wedding photo & video pals formed over 10 years ago, capturing weddings from Brisbane to Toowoomba, from Noosa to the Gold Coast, to Byron Bay and beyond. We’re button hole pinners. Dog wranglers. Bouquet-and-champagne jugglers. Tissue stashers. A stable arm for Grandma.

We’re here to do whatever we’ve gotta do to make this not-very-normal thing feel relaxed and fun so that you two and all your crew feel comfortable being your most majestic selves, even though there’s cameras around.

Good news! Your wedding day isn’t just about you two (whaaat!?)

It’s about all of the people from all the chapters of your life, gathered together to celebrate you two taking this next step. You love these people a whole lot, and this whole shebang is likely never to be repeated. You should probably have this whole thing captured! All of your people, lots of little moments… not just the ones you saw with your own eyeballs.

We want you to open your final gallery and see all of the faces of the people you love, having the very best time. We don’t want you to see a thousand photos of your own (albeit very gorgeous) faces as if nobody else was invited to this massive party.

We will get real, fun, beautiful portraits of you two, we won’t make you feel awkward doing these photos, then we’ll get you back to the party before it feels tedious or you get FOMO.

What caught my eye about Cloud Catcher Studio was the ethos of photographer for non posers. Both my husband and I get pretty awkward in front of a camera, in fact a nice photo of the both of us is pretty hard to come by…the girls truly made us feel so comfortable, like old friends coming together for a laugh and that really showed. Well not just a laugh but so many laughs.

    The day is a bit of a blur now so it was so nice to look over all the special memories and moments and have it all come back to us! You went above and beyond what you needed to do. You knew how busy I was in the lead up to the wedding and how nervous I was about all the attention and you made me feel so relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I thought it was so sweet you emailed 2 weeks before offering to help & offered to help on the day if I was too overwhelmed as well. All the little details you do make a big difference.
